Privacy Notice
This notice explains how we handle the personal data you send us through this
website. It is prepared under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698
("KVKK"), which is the law we operate under.
What we collect
When you fill in the booking request form we receive:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address (optional)
- The date, tour and number of guests you're asking about
- Anything you write in the notes field
For abuse prevention, the IP address a request is sent from is held briefly in
memory; it is not stored permanently.
Why we process it
- To check your requested date and get back to you
- To stay in touch with you before and during the tour
- To meet our legal obligations
Your data is never used for marketing and is never sold to third parties.
Legal basis
We process your data under article 5 of the KVKK — because it is directly
related to the formation and performance of a contract — and on the basis of
your explicit consent.
Who we share it with
As a rule, nobody. Only the provider hosting our server is technically in a
position to access it. We may share data with public authorities where the law
requires it.
How long we keep it
Booking requests are kept for a maximum of 2 years after the request is
closed, and deleted at the end of that period. You may ask us to delete them
sooner.
Your rights
Under article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is
being processed, to ask for information about it, to have it corrected or
deleted, and to ask that processing be restricted.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will answer
within 30 days at the latest.
Cookies
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. A single technical cookie is used to
keep the session open when someone signs in to the admin panel.
